Subscription Terms and Conditions 1. Your subscription entitles you to receive regular electronic copies of the Health ICT News (or similar) and any other publications produced by CHIK from time to time for general distribution. It also provides you with access to the secure area of CHIK’s website to download and use any material for your organisational or business purposes. You may not alter, forward or republish such material without CHIK’s written consent. 2. You may not cancel your subscription and claim a refund. 3. You may vary the subscription addressee at anytime by making the alteration on the CHIK website www.chik.com.au
4. You may upgrade your subscription at any time by paying the revised subscription fee on a pro-rata basis calculated on the existing expiry date. The un-expired portion of the existing subscription will be credited to the new subscription. 5. All material published by CHIK, whether in electronic or hard copy format, is copyright. It is distributed to the addressees nominated in your subscription application. Addressees may use this material for legitimate purposes in their organisation or business but must not copy or further distribute such material without written consent by CHIK. 6. The term of your subscription is one calendar year, except where otherwise agreed to by CHIK, from the commencement date nominated by CHIK, or from the date on which CHIK received payment. 7. CHIK does not warrant any material it publishes and is not responsible for its accuracy or the accuracy of material republished with acknowledgements. 8. CHIK does not accept any liability for any costs or losses you may incur as a consequence of your use of the published material. |
